Job Description
We are working with a leading Food manufacturer who supplies into a leading retailers and foodservice customers with branded and own-label products, and now they are looking for an accomplished ERP Implementation Manager ready to lead their transition to a new ERP system. They are looking for an adept and results-driven professional poised to drive the successful implementation and adoption of the new ERP across their organisation.
About the Role
This will initially be an 18-month Fixed Term Contract however there may be further opportunities within the business due to their continued growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for ERP implementation.
- Develop and implement change management strategies for a seamless transition to the new ERP.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Work closely with key stakeholders to address concerns, provide training, and ensure a positive transition.
- Ensure end-users are adequately trained on the new ERP system.
- Oversee the entire ERP implementation process from planning to go-live.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align system configuration with business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation phase.
- Provide ongoing support to end-user post-implementation.
- Continuously assess system performance and recommend improvements.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and updates related to ERP systems.
Required
- At least 10 years of experience in successfully implementing new ERP systems
- Proven experience as an ERP Implementation Manager.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of successful ERP implementations.
- Experience working in FMCG (food manufacturing experience preferred)
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
