- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for ERP system users.
- Ensure the integrity and security of data within the ERP system.
- Analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing ERP systems, particularly with a focus on purchasing or supply chain modules.
- Strong understanding of purchasing processes and strategies, including vendor management, procurement, and inventory control.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users at various levels of technical proficiency.
- Knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.
Desirable:
- Certifications in ERP systems, particularly in the purchasing module.
- Experience with ERP system implementation or upgrade projects.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements related to purchasing.
