Remote based role paying up to £50K plus bonus and excellent company benefits

My client is a leading Business Transformation and Implementation Consultancy who offer a wide range of value-add services like business change, digital adoption and training solutions to an increasing customer base. Their sweet spot is people and helping organisations to function and perform at their best, especially when navigating through the rocky road of change.

Due to expansion they are looking for an ERP Training Consultant to join the growing team. You will provide training on ERP (finance, procurement, hr and payroll) software to external clients either in person or remotely.

Responsibilities for the ERP Training Consultant

• Liaise with Subject Matter Experts to understand and document training requirements and system processes
• Use relevant methods to create training material creation (Training Course Presentations, User Guides, Quick Guides, Videos etc)
• Create and update engaging training material, always with the end-user experience in mind
• Deliver off-the-shelf training courses virtually and on site at customer offices 
• Deliver Public Courses virtually and on-site if required
• Prepare bespoke training material to deliver to customers
• Define best practices, creative solutions and ways to use the DAP, based on a deep understanding of our clients’ goals
• Apply best practices to establish custom solutions using the digital adoption platform (DAP)
• Gather business/ technical requirements through interviews and analysis
• Produce system design documents and participate in technical DAP walkthroughs
• Share accurate knowledge across the wider team and learn from others by shadowing or self-teaching
• Support in other activities as needed e.g. assisting in responding to sales tender documents, assisting in software presentations etc
• Prepare training courses in generic and professional way for anyone to deliver to customers
• Undertake TNA at customer sites and liaise with customers as to training requirements, scope, delivery and timing

Requirements for the ERP Training Consultant:

• 3+ years experience as an ERP or business application software trainer in a dedicated training role
• Knowledge of ERP systems and modules such as finance, procurement, hr and payroll ( any ERP system would be fine as training will be provided on the ERP product)
• Experience using digital adoption platforms like WalkMe would be desirable
• Training qualifications would be desirable  
• Customer facing skills
• Happy with remote and occasional client site training delivery
