EAL/ESOL Tutor for Young People and Adults
Job Description
This company is seeking experienced EAL/ESOL Tutors to work with young people and adults who are learning English as an additional language. As a tutor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and effective lessons that help students improve their English language skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective EAL/ESOL lessons
- Create lesson plans and materials that are appropriate for students' language levels and learning styles
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff to ensure that students receive a high-quality education
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required
Requirements
- Experience teaching EAL/ESOL to young people and adults
- A recognised teaching qualification, such as CELTA or PGCE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals
