SalaryOur client, who is an extremely successful independent company managing sales, lettings and holiday lets in the Poole & Bournemouth area and a well-known brand, is looking for an experienced Residential Lettings property manager to join their team.
The lettings team has a large portfolio of property to manage and the successful candidate will be joining and assisting an existing team with their workload.
Therefore, to be considered for this role you will need to have current Estate Agency property management experience and be used to dealing with tenancy applications, processing references, dilapidations and tenancy renewals as well as the day to day maintenance and property management duties.
The company is looking for an outgoing, hard-working and personable individual who enjoys working within a friendly team in a busy and professional environment. Strong organisation skills and attention to detail are essential.
There is a basic salary of c.£24,000 - £28,000 (doe)
Usual working hours are: 9.20am - 6.00pm Monday - Friday
