They are now looking to add an experienced senior Sales Negotiator to their current team, due to being victims of their own success

This established and progressive multi office property agent in Peterborough, are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator for their busy city centre branch due to increased business levels and internal promotions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a reputable, long running, market leading multi office independent agent in the city centre.
The successful candidates will have a proven track record in Estate Agency, be experienced in the house sales process, target driven, motivated, professional in appearance and manner and used to giving great customer service.
This is not a role for a phone answerer/box ticker but for a driven, motivated and professional property candidate who wishes to progress their property career, as this is their true passion.
Daily tasks will include managing applicants, carrying out viewings, booking valuations, pushing for add on sales, sales progression, negotiating sales and giving great customer service.
They will be able to work well on own initiative and within a team environment.
You must have a full clean driving licence.
A generous salary and OTE is being offered dependent on candidate and experience.
