Responsibilities:
Lead & motivate a high performing team of Estate Agents to achieve & exceed sales targets
Drive the growth & profitability of the branch by implementing effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Foster a positive & collaborative work environment, ensuring team members are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
Develop & maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless & exceptional customer experience.
Oversee day to day operations, including property listings, negotiations & closings.
What we need from you as a Branch Manager:
Proven experience in a leadership Sales role
Strong leadership & team management skills.
Excellent communication both verbal and written.
Results oriented mindset with a track record of achieving & exceeding targets.
