My client is a leading, independent, multi branch company who have built up an impressive reputation over many years which has led them to being a highly respected brand in the area. They are currently looking for an experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager who will need a high level of experience within Estate Agency and Lettings and a proven track record in winning new business and running a successful sales team.
You will be managing the day to day running of the branch with 8 members of staff, carrying out valuations and generating new business for both Sales and Lettings in order to drive this branch forward. You will be a real go-getter with a positive attitude and a proven record in winning business on valuations.
Key Skills required:
- Estate Agency Management experience is essential
- Proven record in generating new Estate Agency and Lettings business
- Excellent communications skills
- Local and Knowledgeable about the area
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional and Positive attitude
- Good negotiation skills
- Self-motivated
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 10am - 1pm
