SalaryOur client, a prestigious independent Estate Agent, are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Property Sales Negotiator to join the team on a full-time basis in their Wellington office with on target earnings up to GBP30,000. The successful candidate will be polished, well-organised and able to work diligently as part of a motivated residential property team, possessing excellent communication, literacy and IT skills.
This is an exciting role which will involve a variety of front-line property sales responsibilities, including all aspects of client and customer contact, property viewings, negotiation and sales progression, whilst offering long term career progression.
They are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator who is looking for a career, rather than just a job, where there will be future promotion prospects and high earning potential for the right person.

On target earnings will be in the region of GBP24-30,000 to include basic salary and commission. The role will involve working some Saturdays on a rota basis. A full driving licence and the use of your own car is essential.
