* PART TIME – A position like this is very rarely seen within Residential Property Sales – Calling all Estate Agents who want a part time Sales Negotiators position. We are looking for someone to work part time doing 3 days one week then 4 days the next week with a requirement to work 2 Saturdays per month.
* In return you will receive a £16,000 basic salary plus 5% personal sales commission along with other incentives for Solicitors, Financial Services and Lettings referrals taking the on target earnings to £26,000.

* They envisage their new associate to ultimately have an in-depth knowledge of his/her applicant base, allowing him/her to not only match buyers with sellers but buyers with ‘virtual’ sellers such as those who may not necessarily be coming to the market immediately but would consider a proposal if the ‘right person came along’.
* You will need to drive and have your own car.
