Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Engage with clients and prospective buyers in a professional, respectful, and polite manner.
Viewings: Generate and organise property viewings efficiently.
Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads to contribute to the office’s sales targets.
Diary Management: Maintain an organised diary to manage appointments effectively.
Sales Commitment: Demonstrate full commitment to achieving sales goals.
Work Ethic: Be self-motivated, well-organised, and capable of working under pressure.
IT Skills: Possess good IT skills to navigate relevant software and tools.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential: Previous experience in a sales negotiation role.
Ideal Candidate:
Personality: Outgoing, bubbly, and approachable.
Drive and Motivation: Ambitious and eager to further their career as a Sales Negotiator.
Team Player: Collaborative and willing to contribute to the success of the team.
