Estate Agent Sales Progressor / Conveyancer

Estate Agent Sales Progressor Full or Part Time - Aldridge - £29k basic plus commission £35k OTE

My client is a leading, multi branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years and have built up an impressive and reputable business covering the area. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Estate Agency Sales Progressor or conveyancer to join their busy team based in Aldridge. They are offering the role as Full Time or Part Time working either 3 full days or Monday to Friday school hours.

Within this role the Estate Agent Sales Progressor will be responsible for managing the end sales process, managing approximately 80 cases at a time, taking the property from offer accepted right through to exchange and completion. As an Estate Agent Sales Progressor a natural ability to problem solve, think on your feet and rapport building skills are a must.

Main Duties for the Estate Agent Sales Progressor Role:

• Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion
• Liaising with other Estate Agents, mortgage advisors and solicitors
• Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the sale/purchase

Essential Skills Required:

• Estate Agent Sales Progressor or Conveyancing experience is essential
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• A natural instinct for problem solving and impeccable organisation skills are essential
• A persuasive can do approach with excellent attention to detail is needed for this role along with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload

Working Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

OR Part Time Hours - 3 full days or Monday to Friday school hours
