- You will be the sole Valuer and Lister for an office that is currently valuing between 30 and 40 properties per month.
- With a 40% conversion rate and 12 of your listings being sold per month (which is realistic) the commission alone would be £32,400 based on their current average fees, plus add-ons and with a basic salary of £30,000 plus a £200 per month (£2,400) car allowance the on target earnings are realistically between £65,000 and £70,000.
Typically, with at least 2 years’ experience you will be expected to list, negotiate, and represent the Estate Agency to the highest standard.
