Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator And Valuer

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator and Valuer to join a successful independant estate agency, based near St Albans, Herts.

This is a small, friendly real estate agency offering excellent career progression and unlimited earnings potential!

Essential Requiremenmts:

• The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years Sales Negotiator experience, gained within an estate agency.
• You will ideally also have some experience of carrying out valuations.
• Must have a full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Pro-active and ambitious and a team player.

Office opening hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm. Saturday 9 am to 5 pm. (If work Saturday you will get a day off in the week).

Basic salary:GBP25,000 pa-GBP30,000 pa + OTE to GBP35,000 pa
