A high profile and successful firm of Estate Agents are looking for an experienced valuer to join their team.
The company have seen their market share increase over 2023 and look to find the right person to take this to the next level in 2024.
You will be an existing Estate Agent with a desire to win business and lead from the front.
The role will be predominantly valuations, with the management and leadership of the sales team. You must be able to motivate and keep the wheels of this busy office turning, whilst winning new business and providing excellent levels of service to the public at all times.
It is essential that you have shown your own stability within a firm and not jumped from place to place. Our client have a high profile office and want consistency, determination and drive. The ideal person for the role will know what it takes to enhance a team and build a brand in a local market.
