We are looking for a Caretaker to join our Estate Services team.

We provide a comprehensive caretaking service for our residents through maintaining high standards of cleanliness within the Borough of Great Yarmouth.
We require a reliable and practical individual to join our Estate services team to ensure communal areas including blocks of flats are kept clean, safe and secure. Duties include:
- Cleaning stairwells and external areas.
- Reporting faults/environmental issues/anti-social behaviour incidents.
- Supporting the Housing tenancy team case work
- Liaising with gardeners, other agencies/ contractors and residents.
You must have experience of using cleaning equipment a current clean driving licence and a vehicle (with business insurance) available for work at different locations.
