Estate Caretaker

Easthall Park Housing Association is a community-based housing organisation based in the Easterhouse area of Glasgow. We own 695 properties and our mission is to ensure ‘Easthall Park – Is a Great place to Live’.

We are looking to appoint an Estate Caretaker to work in our Estates team to attend to cleaning, environmental and landscape maintenance in the upkeep of communal areas and the local environment of our communities in Easthall Park.

We would welcome an application if you have manual working experience, preferably in garden maintenance and cleaning duties. We require you to be able to perform heavy and manual duties to manage the workload in the delivery of our estate caretaking service. You should also have a driving licence, preferably clean.

The successful applicant should have good communication skills and a pleasant, friendly and confident manner; have good time keeping, and be flexible with a commitment to learning and developing in the role.
