Our Estate Caretakers are the face of the organisation out on our estates, where they undertake a wide range of essential duties. You will be responsible for ensuring our estates across Wolverhampton are safe, clean and secure. As an Estate Caretaker you will represent us and serve as a vital point of contact for customers out on our estates.
We are looking for people with great communication skills who are proactive and committed to delivering a high-quality service to our customers and stakeholders. Working as part of a team and using your own initiative, you will also be flexible in terms of working at different locations within Wolverhampton, have sound Health and Safety awareness and hold a full manual driving licence
