Estate Cleaner - 36

• Salary: £22,948 - £26,673 per annum pro rata
• Location: Morden - Apollo House
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Contract Type: 6 month Fixed Term contract

We're seeking an experienced Cleaner to provide a hig quality cleaning service to our estates in Morden. In a nutshell, you'll ensure that the estates are clean, tidy and safe for our residents.

What you'll be doing

Inspecting and cleaning all communcal areas including sweeping and mopping, external litter packing, leaf clearance andcleaning bin areas and rotating bins.

Emptying dog waste bins located on the estates

Carry ou health and safety checks of communcal areas as required.

Dealing wth residents courteously and respectfully.

What you'll need

Previous caretaking / cleaning experience

Be customer service focussed with good communication skills

Hold a full valid manual UK Driving License

Able to effectively use a hand held monitoring device to record work
