You will develop and execute financial strategies that support our environmental and community-focused goals, effectively managing resources to ensure the sustainability and growth of estate operations.

Estate Director– Key Responsibilities:

- Implement cutting-edge technology alongside traditional farming techniques, ensuring that all practices are safe, sustainable, and integrated with the natural environment

- Lead efforts to engage and uplift the local community and visitors through diverse activities, such as guided tours, educational programs, and the promotion of our award-winning products like meat boxes, gin, wines, and soap

-Foster a supportive environment that attracts, retains, and develops top talent. Including nurturing local staff and collaborating with internationally recognised experts in architecture and conservation

- Ensure that all operations reflect a commitment to ecological sustainability, from enhancing biodiversity to producing organic and ethically produced goods
