Estate Management Couple, Tuscany, Italy, Competitive salary depending on experience
Our client is seeking a dynamic couple to join their growing estate team in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The Estate is undergoing an extensive program of development which will create a boutique hotel style community with vineyard and state of the art facilities. There are currently 3 completed villas which are in use by the family but also rented out. In addition to hospitality duties, you will contribute to the overall running of the estate through problem-solving, repairs, budget management, and other operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair villas, sourcing local experts when necessary for electrical, plumbing, and other specialised repairs.
Make suggestions for improvements to enhance guest experiences and manage budgets accordingly.
Manage cleaning, gardening, and pool staff, ensuring high standards and cost-effectiveness.
Act as concierge, assisting guests with arrival plans, arranging local activities, and providing support throughout their stay.
Organise local transportation and solve routine guest problems promptly.
Requirements:
A couple, fluent in both Italian and English.
Excited about living on-site at the estate and becoming integral members of the community.
10+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, property management, and facilities maintenance.
Basic computer literacy, budgeting skills, and supplier management experience.
Clean driving licence.
