Salary: Dependent on the type of employment
- Direct: £25,000 Uncapped Commission. Average OTE £50,000+.
- Self-Employed: 25% - 30% of the sale depending on experience
Operating Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 09:30 - 18:30
- Friday: 10:00 - 16:00 (Finish at 14:00 if targets are met)
Job Description:
Our client is on the hunt for experienced Estate Planners to employ directly or work Self-Employed. You will be discussing the benefits of Estate Planning and legal service products such as Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. There isn't any cold calling aspect as you will be dealing with warm web leads which are provided daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling calls to discuss the benefits of Estate Planning
- Draft and check legal documents
- Work closely with customers to identify needs and take accurate instructions to meet them
- Capture customers instructions using our in-house software
The Candidate:
- (Required) Have a minimum 1-2 years of Estate Planning Experience over the phone
- Own equipment (Laptop/PC, Headset & stable internet)
- Computer literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Excellent telephone handling skills
- Excellent letter-writing skills
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Strong time management skills
- Used to working to targets in a pressured environment
- Ability to work well as an individual and as a member of a team
- An excellent timekeeper with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of our customers
