BJ13 – Estate/Facilities Engineer
Location: Kentish Town
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000pa 
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Overtime available on weekends and evenings)
First Military Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Estate/Facilities Engineer & Driver on behalf of one of our prestigious client based in Kentish Town, London. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to join an established collection of facilities in a thriving part of London.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- The job requires you to work by yourself to maintain the cleanliness and safety of a Road estate in Kentish Town.  This includes cleaning rubbish from the pavement and road, cutting the grass, emptying bins and making sure the estate is safe for owners, tenants and the public that use the road, pavement and parking spaces.
- You will also be asked to visit other sites too. A vehicle will be available for you to use to get to and from where you need to be.
- There is a driving element to the job. It will require you to care for and drive a fleet of expensive vehicles. You will be asked to drive the company's Directors and clients at different times during the week to a variety of locations both in and outside of London.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Drivers must be 30 years old or over to be insured on the cars that the company own.
- A clean, Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
- Experience working in an independent environment.
- Outdoor/Grounds Maintenance experience highly desirable.
- Security experience (Desirable)
