Estates Administrator nRotherham nSalary - £28,400 nFree Parking onsite n nHours: Full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm n nMy client are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for estate queries and deal with a wide range of property related matters efficiently and professionally. n nThis role will support the organisation in the administration of the estates and facilities management ensuring compliance with legislation and organisational standards. n nThis is an exciting and new role within the organisation and a great opportunity for someone with a background in property or estates management with strong administration and customer service skills. n n nAs an Estates Administrator you will: n n* Be the first point of contact for any property and estates enquires and undertake a wide range of administrative duties to support the estates management function. n* Provide detailed information to the senior management team regarding the organisations land interests to aid the interpretation of land related documentation. n* Ensure full records of all sites are correctly recorded and maintained on the organisations database and paper recording system. n* Research the organisations land interests including accessing historic and land registry records. n* Maintain and organise property repairs and maintenance by liaising with contractors and suppliers. n* Visit sites to support on-going activity as may be required, documenting and highlighting issues where identified. n* Work with colleagues in the finance team to ensure financial records relating to property are accurately maintained, invoices issued and paid as necessary. n n nThe essential qualities, skills and experience you will need to apply for this role: n n* Experience of working in property or estates management, residential or commercial property administration n* Excellent customer services skills and be confident liaising with a wide range of clients and third parties n* A pragmatic approach with the ability to assess individual situations and take a practical and appropriate response to tasks. n* Excellent IT skills including with competence in all Microsoft Office packages and experience of using and maintaining databases to a high standard. n* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work n* High attention to detail and problem solving skills n* Understanding of confidentiality and dealing with sensitive issues n* Driving licence and access to own vehicle n nCLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
