We are currently recruiting an Estates Administrator to join our small friendly Estates team. The Estates team supply quality housing for our supported accommodation clients, fit for purpose offices for staff and provide an efficient property management service. About the role Working as part of the Estates team you will assist in the delivery of our housing management Service. This will include but not limited to effectively managing all the supplier contracts and accounts, maintaining spreadsheets, data entry and dealing with a high volume of invoices. This exciting new role will support the Head of Estates with ensuring Connection Support provides a high-quality management service to our supported accommodation clients. This post is permanent, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday. We are a flexible working employer so if you require flexibility, we are open to discussions, so please get in contact with us. We also offer hybrid working, we have offices in Oxford, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, and High Wycombe so can be flexible regarding office location. Most of this role will be home based, however, some travel will be required to our offices on occasion for meetings, training, and work events. Salary £22,675 - £25,380 per annum dependent on experience. Closing date: Wednesday 6th March. About you You’ll be an experienced administrator, ideally within a property management environment, and will have a strong level of IT skills. Your excellent communication and customer service skills allow you to build effective relationships, whilst treating people with respect, dignity, and empathy. You thrive on your ability to juggle priorities and understand the need for flexibility as no two days are the same and most likely, no day will go as planned due to the variety and pace of the workload. You are highly organised, calm under pressure, a strong team player who can also work on your own initiative, and most importantly, like our charity, you are passionate about our no-judgement, person-centered approach.
