UHI Inverness has locations at Inverness Campus and also the Scottish School of Forestry (Balloch), a growing hub for research, innovation and enterprise set within a 215 acre site. We are currently seeking an Estates and Campus Services Officer to join us on a supply basis. Job Purpose: The Estates & Campus Services Officer (Supply) is required to provide cover for holidays and absence within the Estates & Campus Services team. The Estates and Campus Services Officer (Supply) will take care of College buildings and grounds and ensure that accommodation is fit for purpose and that the environment and facilities are conducive to work, study, teaching and learning. They will manage access and car, motorcycle and cycle parking facilities for all users; ensure compliance with legislation pertaining to smoking; assist with behavioural management and conflict resolution; act as first aider and fire marshal (including personal evacuation) in line with the Colleges Fire Safety Management Plan. Please note: the successful post holder will need to pass a satisfactory PVG scheme membership prior to commencing employment.
