Estates Co-ordinator

A large public sectororganisation in Lincolnshire is looking for an Estates Coordinator to jointheir team to oversee the co-ordination of in-house and outsourced servicesacross a portfolio of properties. This is a permanent position, offering hybridwork and flexible working hours.
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Expected interviews tostart January 2024
Salary £30-£45k
Based in Skegness
Your new role
To ensure local siteservices meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors.
Planning andco-ordination of events including: training sessions, tenant liaison meetings,briefings, and chair meetings.
On-site quality assurance and handover procedures.
Respond quickly andappropriately to issues where they arise.
Organisechecks/inspections, including building audits, providing reports to ensurecompliance, and health and safety.
Management of securityissues over multiple sites.

Facilities maintenanceexperience
High level ofcommunication with customers, partners and the public.
