We are looking for someone to Join Us as a Helpdesk Administrative Officer in our Estates Department. Could you be who we are looking for?
About the team/Department you will be joining:
- You will be part of a small team within the Estates Department responsible for the day to day running of the Estates helpdesk.
- We mainly work either flexibly from home or from Headquarters.
- We work 08:30 – 4:30 Monday-Friday.
About the role and your key responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative provision with a high degree of computer literacy using the works ordering system to ensure that all reactive, planned and cyclical works are assigned, completed and quality checked.
- You will support both the Estates Helpdesk team and wider department providing support to the Logistics Officer to ensure that performance management information is recorded.
- The successful person will work a shift pattern of 2 days one week / three days the following week and 7hrs 24mins per day.
What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work professionally under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft applications.

The successful Candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to RV Vetting.
This role is suitable for part time/job share workers.
