Salary My Local Authority Client in Lancashire is seeking a skilled and experienced Estates Surveyor to join their team on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate of 45, providing you with the chance to contribute to the management of the Council's commercial and operational portfolio.
Position: Estates Surveyor
Location: Lancashire
Contract Duration: 6 months, potential for extension
Hourly Rate: 45
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee estates management for the Council's commercial and operational properties.Handle rent reviews, lease renewals, and landlord-tenant matters.Collaborate with Senior Surveyors on various projects.Assist in Dilapidations, Re-gears, and Disposals.Working Arrangements:
Hybrid working model with 2 days in the office.Remote work with occasional site visits, following a mutually agreed-upon hybrid working pattern with the Hiring Manager.Requirements:
Proven experience in estates surveying.Strong knowledge of commercial and operational property management.Ability to handle rent reviews, lease renewals, and landlord-tenant matters.Collaborative attitude and willingness to assist Senior Surveyors.MRICS qualification is advantageous but not essential.To express your interest, please submit your CV.
