SalaryMy Local Authority Client based in the South West are looking for an interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 6-month contract with a likely view to extend.
They are looking for a Surveyor who is happy with hybrid working with 1-2 days on site. This role will be focused on their Commercial portfolio. Paying between £350-400 p/d for the ideal candidate. MRICS is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Estates management of the Council's commercial portfolio.
- Rent reviews, lease renewals, landlord and tenant matters.
- Assisting with Senior Surveyors
- Work on assisting Acquisitions, Valuations and licenses
- You will be working remotely with occasional site visits as per a hybrid working pattern agreed by you and the Hiring Manager.
