Estates Surveyor (Interim)

We are looking for an Estate Surveyor to join a Local Authority to manage a variety of properties across the borough.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Oversee the general management of properties
- Manage the acquisition and disposal of properties

Candidate requirements:

- RICS membership
- Understanding of relevant legislation and regulations (e.g., housing laws)
- Experienced in tasks such as valuations and producing reports
