As part of their continuous growth, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join the team as an Estimator/Business Development Professional.Position Overview:As an Estimator/Business Development Professional, you will play a crucial role in the company's success by combining your estimating skills with Business Development expertise. This is an office-based role where you will be responsible for analysing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and actively contributing to the Business Development strategy.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates.Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding of project requirements.Utilise your Business Development skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, showcasing their capabilities and competitive advantages.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to contribute to strategic decision-making.Requirements:Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.Demonstrated success in Business Development and client relationship management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Proficient in using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.A proactive and results-oriented mindset.Degree in Construction Management is preferred but not essential.Salary:
The salary for this position is competitive and will be in the range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
