Remuneration: GBP45,000 - GBP60,000

The role of the Estimator Flat Roofing Systems will involve:
- Estimator position producing estimates for a high quality range of Flat Roofing projects
- Review project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work
- Producing accurate and detailed quotations to clients
- Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Regularly liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather relevant information for estimating purposes
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
- Attending pre-contract meetings and progress meetings with clients
- Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Estimating for projects ranging in value from GBP1k to GBP1m
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Flat Roofing Systems with:
- Must have Estimator experience in the roofing market sector
- Ideally will have estimating experience in the Flat Roofing sector dealing with liquid applied, hot melt and felt Roofing Systems
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Full UK driving license
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Confident and articulate
