Job Title: Estimator - Passive Fire Protection Specialist

Salary Range: £40,000 - £60,000 (Depending on Experience)

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team.

Role and Responsibilities: As an Estimator you will play a vital role in accurately assessing the cost of Passive fire protection projects. Reporting to the Senior Management, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of project specifications and requirements.
• Collaborating with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
• Estimating material, labour, and other project costs.
• Preparing detailed quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns.
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Contributing to the development of bid proposals and presentations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator, preferably in the field of Passive fire protection.
• Knowledge of Passive fire protection materials, systems, and installation methods.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Relevant industry certifications or qualifications.
