Our Play Area Design (PAD) team is looking to recruit an additional member. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of AutoCAD and an interest in design.
Mandatory requirements:
· A Level qualifications (minimum)
· A good working knowledge of AutoCAD
· Computer literate (Microsoft packages)
· A good attention to detail, interpreting design briefs and cost analysis
· Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team
The position may suit college leavers and graduates, those looking to start a career in design and live close to Upton/Pontefract. Depending on skill set and experience, this may start as a junior role and full training will be given with the aim of becoming a full Estimator in due course.
Our Play Area Designers use the following software/undertake the following additional tasks and this could form part of the structured training programme in the future depending on education background/skill set and the demands of the business:
· 3D Studio Max
· Adobe Creative Suite
· Graphic Design

This is a 6 to 12 month fixed term contract which may have the potential to lead to a permanent position. Full time working hours are 36.25 hours per week. 8.30 am – 4.30 pm.
Salary £19,000 – £22,000, depending on experience/skill set
