Key Responsibilities:
Estimation/Quantity Surveying: Undertake estimation and quantity surveying duties for fit-out projects in the hospitality sector.
Senior or Developing Role: We are open to considering both senior and less senior candidates, prioritizing the right person with relevant fit-out experience.
Salary Range: Competitive salary guide ranging from £35,000 to £65,000, depending on the level of experience.

Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in Estimation and Quantity Surveying, particularly in the fit-out of restaurants, bars, and hotels.
Familiarity with the hospitality sector and its unique challenges.
Relevant qualifications or training in Estimation/Quantity Surveying.
