Hybrid Model: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support at a 3rd line level
- Dealing with escalations from 2nd line and application support
- Supporting VDI migrations to Windows 365
- Resolving migration and user issues
- Working with the Modern Workplace Architecture team
Requirements
- 3rd line support experience
- Experience with Citrix and Azure VDI migrations
- Application support experience
- Experience with ZScaler
- Strong documentation and communication
- Experience in regulated financial environments is desirable
