Evening Litigation PA

Are you an experienced Litigation PA looking for a unique opportunity to work during the evening at a prestigious London law firm? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join this close-knit team in a fantastic working environment.

Part-time, Monday to Friday, 3.00 PM - 9.00 PM or 4.00 PM - 9.00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing comprehensive PA support to the litigation team

- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements

- Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence

- Conducting legal research and maintaining case files

- Liaising with clients, court officials, and other stakeholders

- Assisting with the preparation for trials and hearings

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Litigation PA in a law firm

- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines

- A professional and proactive approach to work
