Our client, a dynamic and vibrant fitness company, is seeking a number of enthusiastic Event Assistants to join their team in Manchester. With their innovative approach to fitness and dedication to helping individuals achieve their goals, our client is at the forefront of the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting event logistics, including participant registrations, ticket sales, and venue setup
- Providing exceptional customer service to participants and ensuring an enjoyable experience
- Collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth event operations
- Assisting with post-event activities
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Previous experience in event coordination or customer service and a passion for fitness is desirable

?? Starting from 25th January 2024, this temporary position will run until 28th January 2024.
Available shifts:
- Thursday 25th - 3:00pm - 8:00pm
- Friday 26th - 3:30pm - 8:00pm
- Saturday 27th - 6:00am - 11:00am
- Saturday 27th - 10:30am - 8:30pm
- Sunday 28th - 6:00am - 11:00am
- Sunday 28th - 10:30am - 7:30pm
