We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Event Delivery Coordinator to work as part of our Event Delivery Support Team and in line with our vision to become the Best Event Campus in Europe.
The Event Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for working in the Event Delivery Support Team to:
Support the Event Management and relevant Sales teams in the successful delivery of events
Provide an event experience for site visits, planning meetings and internal meetings
Ensure all visits and meetings are coordinated for all stakeholders
Build strong relationships with all SEC Sales teams and internal stakeholders
Provide administration support to the Event Delivery Support team
Assist with compliance checks across the Event Management team

Our Event Delivery Support Team work closely together in a busy environment, ensuring that all expectations are exceeded and providing the highest quality service to each event. Our desirable qualities include:
HND or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Experience in administration
Demonstrate the ability to create and monitor Service Level Agreements and processes
Experience of managing costs and budgets
Hands-on, passionate, and flexible? A clear and concise communicator? Confident working with clients and skilled in multi-tasking, with a dedicated and enthusiastic attitude?
