We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Event Delivery Coordinator to work as part of our Event Delivery Support Team and in line with our vision to become the Best Event Campus in Europe.
The Event Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for working in the Event Delivery Support Team to:
Support the Event Management and relevant Sales teams in the successful delivery of events Provide an event experience for site visits, planning meetings and internal meetingsEnsure all visits and meetings are coordinated for all stakeholdersBuild strong relationships with all SEC Sales teams and internal stakeholdersProvide administration support to the Event Delivery Support teamAssist with compliance checks across the Event Management team

HND or equivalent experience in a relevant fieldExperience in administration Demonstrate the ability to create and monitor Service Level Agreements and processesExperience of managing costs and budgets Hands-on, passionate, and flexible? A clear and concise communicator? Confident working with clients and skilled in multi-tasking, with a dedicated and enthusiastic attitude? If yes, then we’re looking for you – and if you have knowledge and experience in the event industry and evidence of a proven track record for delivering results… even better!
