Event / Exhibition / Marketing Administrator

An amazing opportunity for somebody with previous marketing experience, particularly within events/exhibitions. Our client is looking for somebody to start in the New Year for approximately three months assisting with marketing events in the first part of the year. Duties will include:-

• Compile stand by stand guide entries
• Report/Check registration promo code usage, contact those who haven't sent codes
• Monitor the online advertising document e.g. add banners to the show websites
• Check the usage of downloaded marketing materials
• Deal with general enquiries across the portal
• Small sponsorship deliverables, e.g. add logos to websites, chase for social media mentions etc.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in events/marketing and possess a hands on approach, enjoying getting stuck in and working in a busy, varied environment.
