Overview:
Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Events Planning Manager to work at the outstanding Wembley Stadium in London. As an events coordinator, you will be leading the Event Planning process and coordinate between our team members, venue stakeholders, and guests. Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Event Planning for all guests, including venue owner partners, sponsors, and box holders, prioritising the guest experience
  • Ensure supplier list rates and privileges are accurate
  • Diary management for events, ensuring accurate information and successful planning of operation of events, collaborating with relevant heads of department
  • Manage the production and distribution of the weekly function sheets, and lead weekly briefing meeting with internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Ensure company accounting policies are adhered to and the operation is in accordance with current practice of health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of relevant Event Planning experience, particularly within a similar environment
  • Excellent knowledge of food and event hospitality
  • IT literate including Microsoft Office
