We're looking for a driven, results orientated and highly skilled Events and Channel Specialist to lead the delivery and strategy of our own hosted online and offline events through to exhibition style events across multiple verticals. This role will focus on the whole event life cycle from event conception and strategy to completion and results with a focus on growing sales, improving relationships and amplifying brand awareness.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a marketing focused role with a specific focus on planning, managing and executing an events strategy. They will have brilliant organisation skills, great leadership qualities, excellent multitasking skills and high levels of creativity.
This new role requires collaboration with cross-functional strategic and product marketing teams to ensure events are delivered in an effective, creative and efficient way.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of event experience within a marketing environment, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector
Preferred skills
Proven track record of managing and organising multiple events in a fast-paced environment
Expertise in leading a project team and taking responsibility of marketing projects
Ability to work under pressure and make recommendations to senior leadership team required around event approach
Working knowledge of marketing project management software such as Monday, Trello or Asana
Expert written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
Strong organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail of all event aspects
A creative eye that drives us to stand out from our competitors at events
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle varying priorities and tasks
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform decision-making.
