Job Description


As Global Events and Production Specialist at COS, you will work in collaboration with the wider PR & Communications team to develop and implement world-class brand experiences. You will guide the ways of working for events, aligning with the brands wider strategic goals and targets.

What you will do:

  • Build successful event guidelines and proposals as required to further develop global and local alignment
  • Ensure the timely management of COS assets such as samples or set elements, always working in a sustainable way, ensuring key deadlines and met ahead of events
  • Collate all event KPI data, share full overview including event imagery, and feed key learnings and takeaways into the event strategy moving forward
  • Support with event production, research, negotiations and budgeting – including guest logistics to ensure best working practices are followed throughout
  • Ensure all suppliers, venues and vendors from sourcing to post-production align with COS sustainability vision and goals
  • Stay abreast of any event trends globally to ensure consistent development of concepts across global and regional events, providing relevant competitive insights
  • Work with the wider PR & Communications teams, cross-departmental stakeholders and external partners to ensure that all COS events reflect brand strategy and guidelines in alignment with wider strategic goals and targets globally
  • Co-create and implement the global annual events strategy alongside the global and regional PR & Communications teams – supporting seasonal moments, collaborations, product launches, expansion etc.

  • Have experience working within an Event production or PM role for a global fashion company
  • Passionate about creating luxury experience with meticulous attention to detail and firesight
  • Experience within budget management to ensure correct planning and reconciliation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills to manage multiple global events at once.
  • Strong negotiation skills with knowledge of global suppliers and local particularities.

In this role you will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and, from the office. While remote working is an integral part of our part of our offer, approx. 3 days per week office presence will be required to foster strong collaborations and team work.
