· 36.25 hours per week (Monday – Friday 0900-1715 – 1 hour lunch)

· £25,000 – £27,000

· Permanent – Full Time

Are you an experienced Events Executive who is seeking a new opportunity with a legal firm?

An extremely well established business in Telford, you will be working as part of an experienced marketing team as well and getting involved in the marketing strategies and all social events.

This is initially a 12 month fixed term contract but could turn permanent for the right person.

Your new role:

· Working with the marketing director to plan, execute and attend events including careers fayres, business expos, seminars and social events.

· Assist with setting up display stands and marketing activities.

· Assist with the communication and management of guest lists to various events.

· Create and update various spreadsheets/central documents.

· Research and competitor analysis.

· Assist with updating the website.

· Working with an external graphic designer to arrange artwork.

· Adhoc duties as and when required.

What you’ll need to succeed:

· Experience within a Events Assistant role.

· Use of Microsoft Dynamics would be desirable.

· Full UK Licence.
