Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Administrator who has an interest in Leisure and Travel to join our team in the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of travel arrangements and events planning, dealing with the ticket systems . This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Travel and Events Administrator will work closely with various departments mainly Operations and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of travel plans and successful event experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Making group bookings for restaurants and attractions throughout the UK and Northern Europe
* Providing booking advice and assistance to our tour operator and consumer clients and suppliers
* Identifying, engaging, negotiating and on boarding of new supply partners
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers
* Pro-actively developing and maintaining knowledge of our product ranges by attending events and trips to experience the product we offer. Some of these will be in the evening and allow you to experience the shows, attractions, and venues we are offering. Collaborate with external teams to develop event concepts, themes, and agendas.
* Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event-related materials and services.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in travel and event planning.

* Requirements:

o STRONG background within a fast-paced office environment. 3 Year +
o OFFICE background is Essential.
o STRONG experience dealing with B2B.
o STRONG organisation skills.
o Excellent IT and Numeracy skills
o Ability to travel occasionally for events and conferences.
o Able to work alone or in a team.
