What you will be doing:
- Plan and organise high-quality events that align with the company's vision and goals.
- Identify and develop new opportunities, collaborating with partners to create compelling content.
- Continuously evaluate and improve product and event offerings to drive business growth.
- Drive sales and cross-selling opportunities by exploring new partnerships and collaborations.
- Foster professional relationships and identify strategic partnership opportunities.
- Partner with internal experts to develop and integrate new products and courses, managing the entire process from creation to delivery.
- Manage and grow existing training courses and programs, both in-person and virtual.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.
- Maintain a calendar of events and implement effective planning and management systems.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in event management and stakeholder management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- IT competence preferred, but training will be provided.
