Events & Hospitality Staff

Join our journey and elevate our guests' festival experiences to extraordinary heights! We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Events & Hospitality Staff to become part of our hospitality team at the UK’s biggest music festival in Somerset! Our luxury event accommodations and amenities are situated just beyond the vibrant Somerset festival grounds, and we're inviting staff to join us in our main restaurant. 
You will be working 10-hour shifts spread across 24th June – 1st July. Along with a day rate of £120, you will also receive on-site shared accommodation, 3 meals per day, access to chill-out area with TV and board games, a tea & coffee van, an end of event awards party and a full uniform which you can keep after the event! 
What you’ll do as Events & Hospitality Staff?
We don't just offer hospitality; we craft moments that leave a lasting impression. With us, you'll contribute to an ambiance of adventure and luxury, ensuring every guest's experience is not just enjoyed but cherished. 
You will form part of a large team dedicated to providing a 5* service to our VIP guests, including waiting tables at our on-site restaurant, serving drinks, answering queries and being on hand for ad-hoc duties when they arise. 
What we’re looking for in Events & Hospitality Staff?
You will have prior experience in customer service or hospitality roles, with a passion for delivering outstanding service. This includes strong listening skills, a cheerful outlook, and the ability to build great connections with others. 
Effective teamwork is crucial to ensuring our guests receive a memorable experience. Therefore, we are looking for individuals who excel in communication and are committed to supporting their fellow team members.
