We are looking for a charismatic and dynamic wedding and events coordinator to join our ever-expanding events business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work flexible hours and progress within the company.
At a minimum we are looking for someone to work 3 office based shifts a week (roughly 15 hours) dealing with and responding to wedding and event emails, arranging and attending meetings with prospective couples, organising wedding day plans, and re-laying information to our events teams.
As well as the wedding office-based work, on a week when there is a wedding or weddings taking place you will be required to attend and oversee the event as well as arranging staff to cater for the event (normally a Saturday, roughly another 10 hours).
If you are looking for a full-time role there is ample opportunity to up your hours to full time on a week where there are no weddings taking place. As well as weddings we have a thriving pop-up food truck business and 3 restaurants where shifts would be available, as well as the possibility of other office admin to make up your hours to full time in the quieter weeks/months of the year.
There will also be regular attendance required at wedding fairs where you will be representing the business and bringing in bookings.
With regards to personal advancement we are looking for someone who will invest themselves into the wedding side of the business and really make it their own. We do have exciting plans in place to push the wedding business forward and would love the input of the right candidate.
